Good old YouTube likes to ignore Fair Use, literally instantly doing fake ‘copyright’ takedowns of review videos. The claimant is ‘UMG’, also known as ‘Universal Music Group’, except nobody is the real claimant because YouTube has a code that protects the giant record companies at everybody else’s expense.
Well, this is 100 percent legal to review a song, film, movie, or any other work of art. So, if Universal Music Group wants to take this down, they can see me in court.
‘Universal Music Group’ is so afraid of competition, they’ll pay YouTube millions of dollars to auto-copyright strike a legal, Fair Use protected video, of me, somebody with less than 100 YouTube subscribers currently.
